This cheese has been produced with raw goats milk, and comes from Mr Mounier’s farm in south of France.

Pélardon is one of the most beautiful PDO’s as goats are allowed a huge area where they can pasture freely. This is why this cheese endly has a light texture and a long, creamy aftertaste.
