A seasoned cheese master with a rich blend of French, Australian, and Canadian heritage. Antoine's journey led him to Europe, America and Japan, ultimately guiding him to the art of cheesemaking. With a passion for quality, he trained extensively and visited various artisanal farms across the world, carefully selecting only the finest cheeses for our collection.
