Our Knowledge “芝” 識

Since the creation of The Cheese House, we have focused on supplying the most outstanding cheeses, directly sourced from farms all around Europe. Behind all cheeses are a stories, and our Cheese Master loves sharing them!

Our selection is curated by Antoine Zaruba, who sources products from farmers he has met, and who throughout years became friends.

Making the best use of these unique relations, Antoine Zaruba has gathered fantastic knowledge about the cheeses, the animals and the producers. All those have been put set-up into teaching material that are shared during the master-classes.
