Our Emmental de Savoie has been produced in Savoie and exclusively with milk from Savoie.

This cheese can easily be recognized to the many wholes in its paste. They appear during maturation where this cheese is kept in “warm rooms” at almost 25 degrees Celsius for several weeks.
