Munster cheese is a cheese created by monks who used to traditionally wash the cheeses with marc de Bourgogne.
Munster is one of those cheeses. Washing it will give a strong smell to the cheese, while in mouth it will remain delicate, smokey and umami flavor.
Our Munster comes from the Haag family.
