We have selected our Morbier directly from the Fruitière des Suchaux, also producing our Comté.
Indeed, Morbier and Comté are originally from the same region, Franche-Comté (Eastern France).
Our Morbier is aged for over 100 days (Instead of about a month usually!) to give it more creaminess and fruitiness.
That’s why our Morbier is as good raw as when cooked like raclette !!
