Isle of Mull Cheddar is produced on the eponym Island in Scotland. It is a farmhouse cheese produced from raw cow’s milk.
It has a very frank and punchy fruitiness while keeping a long round flavour on the aftertaste. Having a very thick texture it is a wonderful alternative to Comté, and will be a great discovery for most.
