Abondance fermière 6 months
Abondance fermière 6 months
Abondance is a farmhouse cheese produced on the Alps mountains. This Abondance is produced in a traditional way and the farmer producing it also raises the animals. It was matured for at least 6 months in Savoie, in an old tunnel, which is unusual for this small size cheese (around 6 to 8kg per wheel)
When matured for over 6 months, Abondance will reveal fantastic fruity aromas as well as very melty texture. This cheese is well enjoyed on a cheese platter but also for a raclette party!
Our Abondance is fruity, creamy and has a very dense and buttery texture.
