Brillat Savarin with Black Truffle
Brillat Savarin with Black Truffle
Always putting the best quality in our preparations, our Black Melanosporum Truffle Brillat Savarin is filled with black truffles, coming from Western-Australia in June/August and France in December-February !
Certainly the nicest treat to a bottle of champagne or if you just enjoy the nutty and delicate taste of real black truffle !
While this cheese is prepared on demand, please allow a maximum of 48 hours for preparation in addition to the usual delivery processing time.
Please note that between August and November and March and June, we might use preserved black truffles to produce the Brillat-Savarin (freshly imported truffles frozen upon arrival). Whilst this may not affect the taste of the cheese much, we will not be able to cover the Brillat-Savarin with truffle slices. Therefore the Brillat-Savarin will contain more black truffle inside and will not have any on the top (as it would with fresh truffles).
