Indeed, Gouda cheese can be produced outside of Netherlands and therefore Jan has created la Fromagerie Beauséjour in a region that usually doesn’t produce many cheeses.
In this Gouda à la truffe, you will find summer truffle with a hint of Truffle aroma to give it this intense, delicious and persistent truffle taste!
