Gorgonzola is a cow milk cheese, produced close to Milan in northern Italy. It is delicate with mild and earthy aromas. Its texture is very creamy with blue veins.
Perfect to eat with the spoon or to cook with !
Like all Gorgonzola made in Italy, it's made of Pasteurized milk, as requested by local DOP code.
