Indeed, Gouda cheese can be produced outside of Netherlands and therefore Jan has created la Fromagerie Beauséjour in a region that usually doesn’t produce many cheeses.
In this Gouda, you will find Espelette pepper which will bring a very mild yet warm spicy feeling!
