Fourme d'Ambert Fermière
Fourme d'Ambert Fermière
This cow milk cheese is one of the most famous blue cheeses. Reknown for its silky texture but also for its beautiful blue cavities surrounded by the very yellow paste, sign of a great milk. That explains why the color of the inside of this cheese is yellow/blueish !
