Fougerus
Mild, creamy, slightly fungal and very delicate: Fougerus is one of the mildest and most subtle Brie cheese that we have found!
Hiding underneath a piece of (not edible) fern, also known as « Fougère » in French, Fougerus comes from the Paris region and is produced from Raw cows milk.
