Unlike many cheeses in our selection, this Comté is not classified as farmhouse cheese. Traditionally, Comté was produced by multiple farmers collaborating to create larger, longer-lasting cheese pieces, utilizing "Fruitières" for their collective production. Now, Comté is made exclusively from milk sourced from various farms, This Comté is delicate in flavour and superb texture, showcasing aromas of dried fruits, nuts, milk, and cream.
