Olde Remeker is a cows milk cheese produced in the Netherlands !

We are extremely happy to be able to supply this cheese to Hong Kong, as it is probably among the best cheeses you could find in Netherlands !

Olde Remeker is produced exclusively with Jersey cows milk. Why Jersey ? Because those cows were originally from Jersey ! These small size cows produce a creamier milk in lower quantities. This cheese is therefore fruity, slightly lactic and very round. It is a wonderful alternative to french hard cheeses.

The quantity may vary to more or less 10%
